Our company follows a streamlined work procedure, delivering efficient and high-quality results to meet your expectations.
In the initial phase, we conduct site studies and understand your design ambitions, timelines, and budgets. Together, we build a detailed brief and identify your design preferences.
In Concept Design, we initiate the creative process by developing architectural layouts, exploring finishes and design styles. We create renders and 3D models to depict the design’s volumetric aspects.
During the design development stage, we meticulously refine layouts, specify finishes/materials, and define lighting concepts, ensuring every detail is considered for final sign-off.
once the design is approved, we proceed to the Technical Design stage. Here, we meticulously create a comprehensive construction pack with detailed technical specifications for both refurbishments and new build elements.
After finalizing the construction details, we meticulously develop comprehensive finishes schedules and FF&E specifications, addressing joinery, sanitary, and electrical requirements for a seamless project execution.
During the detail design stages, we initiate the PROJECT process, collaborating with our design team to select contracts and contractors. Together, we create the PROJECT pack and establish the interior construction program.
After appointing the contractor/Carpenters/vendors, we conduct detailed workshops to review design proposals and provide guidance on specialist sub-contracted aspects, facilitating efficient resource mobilization.
During the on-site phase, we collaborate closely with contractors, carpenters, and FF&E suppliers to ensure seamless implementation and installation of our design.
In the final phase, we inspect the site, identify any defects, and provide remedies while supporting the project manager in issuing the completion certificate.
